Today I have finished a doc about a 105-year-old breaking the world record. I am going to be doing another Article that is about an old woman breaking the record. First I had to answers the recall questions and then answer the thinking questions. I never thought about an old woman running around for 100 metres in 1 minute and 2 seconds. She might feel very tired, but its very incredible.

A 105-year-old woman had broken the record. She ran 100m in 1 minute and 2 seconds. She decided to give up cycling and started running at the age of 100. But she was very disappointed at her time because she didn’t break it by more.

The event took place in the Louisiana Senior Games. It was also in the United States. Today I have completed this slide that is called Dancing Elements. I am also learning about drama, music and dance. I had to make slides about things that were related to the elements of dance. What I like about the B.A.S.T.E is that it's cool to learn something new and have fun. 

B.A.S.T.E is about your movements, how fast or slow you are, how much space you are taking up, taking time and the energy you're using. What I have in my slides are collages, piano notes and elements of dance. B.A.S.T.E stands for body, action, space, time and energy.

I think… Summer is the best season.

Because… You can do anything. You can swim at the beach, go to the river,

chill during the holidays, get ice cream and walk.

My evidence: Speaking of getting sunshine, summer is better than winter for the simple fact that you can spend more time outdoors. Obviously, winter comes with cold temps and sometimes even snow, which typically means more time cuddled up indoors. We're all for cozy time on the couch, but there's no denying that time spent outdoors is so important, and essential.

I think… recycling is very important.

Because… rubbish can be made into more things. And it’s not helping earth if you leave rubbish on the ground. Recycling is a good thing to do. 

My evidence: Recycling is one of the best ways for you to have a positive impact on the world in which we live. Recycling is important to both the natural environment and us. We must act fast as the amount of waste we create is increasing all the time.

What I really liked about swimming is jumping into the pool and having fun . I couldn't achieve my goal because people would always bump into me and it was really annoying . Persuasive Argument

Term 4 Swimming - Day 1

 Hello readers,

Today I had a great time in swimming. My favorite part was doing freestyle, without a board. People that were in my group were Krystallynna, Leo, Jherean, Tyrone, Myla, Ryan and Alex, and I never got to know my swimming trainer name. My trainer was actually sweet, it was a lady and she was very helpful. What I didn't like was that the water keep coming in my mouth when i come out of the water, even though it was closed the whole time. My goal is to not bump into people that are close right in front of me.

Fighter - Writing Narrative

 Hey readers,

Today I have been finishing a narrative story that I have made on my own. First I had to make a plan before making the story. Then after that, we write the story. It will be about a man fighting a criminal. My favorite sentence is " The wind felt like it was brushing his hair" One thing I can improve on is adding more describing word.

We also had to include, similes, onomatopoeia, adjectives, language features and metaphor, setting and a problem! I also try not to use the words happy, said, big and went. Now here is my story! 

Fighter

As a man scurried, he could see buildings in between the trees.

His name was Cory, an undercover spy.

He was searching for a guy named Venus Wonders. “Swish.”

The wind felt like it was brushing his hair.

He jogged out of the forest. He gasped at a stunning city.

It had different types of lights and beautiful flowers.   

He ran into a cafe that was made out of planks. All the windows were shaped differently.

Cory started moving, until some random guy pushed his shoulder.

They were running from something. Cory ignored ordering something and followed him.

The guy stopped and was still. Cory’s sweat was dripping down his face.

“We need him here. If you don’t, you're gonna get eliminated.” A lady chuckled.

The lady kept laughing and started walking away. Cory snatched the guy's leg.

He tried to escape out of Cory’s grip.

Suddenly Cory’s katana slipped out of his hands. 

“What do you want from me!?” He knocked his hand off. He slipped and grabbed his katana. 

“SCHING!” His hoodie fell off his head. “So you are Venus Wonders? ”

He grabbed out his two guns. Cory started giggling. 

They started shouting and going rough on each other.

After that, they all got tired and started puffing. Cory pulled out his phone, calling for backup.

“Hey, I need backup,” Cory whispered. His blood started dripping on his shirt.

“Fight me! I'm fearless! ”

Cory stayed calm and took a deep breath. 

His eyes caught sight of one of his guns laying on the ground.

He reloaded the bullet and shot Venus’s left leg.

“BANG! ”

The shot woke everyone up, they were very shocked. Venus fell and struggled to move.

“You stay right there.” We waited for the cop to come.

The police’s siren was very loud, almost like it was on a speaker. 

The police chained his hands as tight as possible.

The cops searched around the area and luckily found some children that were unconscious.

Venus was a criminal, kidnapping kids at night.  “I'll get you next time Cory,” Venus growled. 

He got pulled in the car and drifted away. Everyone started calming down

and fled back to their own apartment.

“He never listens eh,” the lady chuckled.

A few days later, everything was going well. Meanwhile in jail, Venus regretted what he had done to the children. Everything in life started to go back to normal. The end.

My Holidays

G'day readers,

Today I am writing about what I did in the Holidays. It will only be a small sentences. Hope you enjoy.

It was really fun during the Holidays. My favorite highlight was going to the cinema to watch Space Jam 2, the old Space Jam was even my favorite too. My favorite characters were Bugs Bunny, LeBron James and Lola Bunny. Me and my family were just vibing at home. We were also cleaning up the whole house. What I like doing at home was playing with my sister on different horror multiplayer games. That's all that I did in the holidays. Have a good day.

Descriptive Writing

Konnichiwa readers,
Today I made a descriptive writing. We had to write about what you see, feel, hear, smell and taste. We also had to describe about the tree house or a spaceship. I chose the tree house to describe. I hope you enjoyed it! Please leave a comment.

I was skipping into the impenetrable forest like a normal girl. Above me was a shattered tree house, it was made out of long leaves and wood. The forest was very quiet, like a library. I could see the damaged plants vanishing away by the wind. All I could smell was the fresh lemons beside me. Behind the trees, I could see the sun rising down. The river was sprinkling as I was running past. I could feel the grass spraying dirt on my legs. There were insects everywhere crawling inside their holes. I glanced at the beautiful trees. The color of the leaves were dark brown mixed with orange. I started to feel my sweat dripping down on my red face. My shoes started to stink like there were flies flying around. The wind kept blowing my hair like it was a hairdryer. I felt the branches breaking as I was stepping on them. There were fruits shaking on the trees like there was an earthquake. I could hear the bees buzzing near the trees. The bursting sun felt like it was melting my body like an ice cream. I stopped walking and enjoyed the moment in the forest.

Today I have made a writing interview about a man almost getting swallowed by a whale. We also had to use past tenses. We had to questioned the interviewer about how the man almost swallowed by the whale. And we had to be the diver in first person. So please, enjoy the interview! Swallowed by a Whale

Interviewer: What did you need and have on you before you went diving with your friends?

Diver: I had a diving suit so that nothing could hurt me or anything, then I had a GoPro to take pictures like the sardine run I took, and a snorkel to breathe underwater.

Interviewer: What photos were you taking before you got swallowed by the whale?

Diver: Well,  I was taking photos of sardines, because there was a beautiful, big sardine run. I couldn’t take a good photo so I went close but there were a lot of sharks surrounding the sardines. And then there was something swallowing my legs from the back of me.

Interviewer: So you had this incredible experience and are lucky to be alive. Tell what happened?

Diver:  I got grabbed by something and my head got pushed together. And I noticed that it swallowed a bunch of sardines, and that I knew when it was a whale because of it’s pressure. The whale couldn’t swallow me because the throat was small. It was small because the whale only eats sardines. Whale’s with no teeth cannot eat humans or whales that don’t eat humans.And then a few minutes later, the whale spat me out. 

Interviewer: Before the whale grabbed you, did you see the whale coming toward you?

Diver: No, Because I heard no noises when I tried to take pictures of the sardine run. It  was hard to tell when the whale was quiet. But I did hear swishing noises at the back of me but I thought it could’ve been a little fish.

Interviewer: What did it feel like when you were inside the whale?

Diver: I was getting very slimy and it was dark because something closed me from the outside. I couldn’t breath when the mouth of the whale closed, because the mouth was full with seawater. 

Interviewer: How did you not panic?

Diver: I started getting scared but I tried to make myself as calm as possible. I was scared for a few seconds because it was so dark. But I realized that something would happen, so I tried to stay quiet and wait for the whale to spit me out.

Interviewer: What did it feel like for you after this experience?

Diver: It felt like peace. I got back home and I told my son about me getting swallowed by the whale. He was very impressed when I told him. You wouldn’t believe my son’s name, his name is Jonas.
