Te Ngahere

 Hello readers,

Today all the classrooms in my school has been given birds, plants and rivers names. But actually my classroom had to pick one of the classroom names and search one fact about them. The animal I had picked was a moth, but it is actually called a Purehua, and the Purehua is Room 3. Here is the insect I have been searching about. Leave a comment if you know anything about this!

Thank you readers for looking. I hope you have an awesome day!

  2. Kia ora Santannah,
I liked your blog post. I did the same insect as you and think your fact is very interesting. Maybe next time you could more photos of the insect. What is your favourite insect, bird or any classroom name? I hope you have an amazing day. -Angel

  3. The Purehua is such a pretty moth Santannah. We used to catch moths to feed to our pet frog.I don't know what type of moth they were but they were brown.

Did you know that you shouldn't touch the moths wings as it takes off the shield that helps make them fly?.
